“… for sellers – If you would like to submit a property for auction

Please contact us using our contact details. In order to conduct a thorough analysis, we require, among other things, a copy of the land register excerpt, land maps, site plans, floor plans, and preferably also photos. We will conclude a submission contract with you. Only upon a successful auction of your property will a commission be due to Galundo GmbH, the amount of which we have agreed upon in advance. Authorities and courts of the Federal Republic of Germany at all levels (e.g., federal, state, municipalities) provide us with information free of charge. We would be happy to discuss the details with you personally.


for buyers – If you would like to purchase a property from an auction

To participate in our online auction, you must register in advance on our website. In addition to the registration, we require a current creditworthiness proof from a German financial institution, a copy of your ID card, and your tax identification number. This is a legal requirement for us under the Money Laundering Act. Therefore, we will contact you by email after your initial registration and ask you to send the mentioned documents. The creditworthiness proof is ideally a current account or custody statement from your bank. After verification (usually within the next business day at the latest), we will confirm your registration and grant you access to the auction portal. You can now bid on the properties in our auction portal. A successful bid in the auction constitutes a binding legal transaction with a notarial contract for you. Please note our auction conditions (terms and conditions) and our commission regulations in the event of a successful bid. Shortly after the bid, the purchase contract will be notarized at our notary in Waldbröl. Employees of Galundo GmbH will sign on behalf of the seller based on granted powers of attorney. We will strive to ensure that you personally attend this appointment. If you are unable to attend, you will receive a copy of the contract and must promptly submit a notarized approval. For this, please visit a notary of your choice. Please note that additional costs will be incurred upon a successful bid. These include, among others, notary and court fees, the commission (buyer’s premium) of Galundo GmbH, as well as the property transfer tax in the respective federal state, provided the purchase price currently exceeds EUR 2,500.00. Please note that a buyer's premium or commission will be charged on your bid upon a successful bid in the auction: Highest bid: from 1.00 Euro to 9,999.00 Euro 11.90% commission including VAT. from 10,000.00 Euro to 29,999.00 Euro 9.52% commission including VAT. from 30,000.00 Euro to 59,999.00 Euro 7.14% commission including VAT. from 60,000.00 Euro 5.95% commission including VAT.”
